Gyro Uno began in 2016 with a simple goal: serve fresh, bold, memorable food that people talk about long after the event is over.

Over the years, we have had the honor of serving tens of thousands of guests throughout Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and Connecticut at private events, corporate lunches, schools, festivals, and local gatherings.

What started as a food truck has grown into a full catering company focused on drop-off and buffet service for corporate teams, private celebrations, tenant events, and team building gatherings.
